Dear Granny...

As in...Granny Squares.

I learned how to crochet, and it is so much faster and easier than knitting.  Well, it would be faster if I had not decided to crochet a blanket out of Granny Squares.

10 down, 39 more to go.  I am glad I have two months to finish.

Every time I think Granny Square, I say it like Jellyfish:

Enjoy! (If you can...).  Have a Great Weekend.

  1. I love crocheting. I used to crochet all sorts of baby clothes and blankets. I have never made a full size blanket but I have lots of squares. I am not good at projects that take too long.

Who are you making the blanket for?

Hey Mona! Crocheting is fun...I like to knit, but crocheting is quick gratification. This blanket is for the newest member of the family due in December. I started really early this time so that it is finished before the baby is due. I am horrible at getting presents out on time. I am still working on another baby gift for our nephew who was born in August.
